Silicone rupture cleansing silicone breast rupture

I have recently had my ruptured silicone breast implants removed. Have had them in for over 20 years and have no idea how much damage has been done. I have been confirmed with one autoimmune disease, and possibly another one. I heard that there is a body flushing for this. Can someone tell me what it consists of? Thanks!!!
