Re: You need to take digestive and pancreatic enzymes.
Dear Ragnorok,
First, it's good that you drink lots of water. My choice is distilled water, which I make in my kitchen
on a Waterwise distiller. Don't drink tap water.
Second, if you need extra protein, choose a whey
protein supplement, instead of store-bought chicken
or turkey. Chicken is probably THE most pollluted meat
of them all; even more toxic than beef. If you opt for
fish, make sure it's either sardines from arctic waters, or wild-caught salmon or tuna.
Third, if you've eaten junk most of your life, then
you need to do some internal cleanses, even if you're
not overweight. Chances are good that there are stones
in your liver. If you do a liver cleanse once a month,
for the next year, you'll clean out most of those
stones. At that point, a lot of your symptoms will
disappear. Do some reading on the liver cleanse forum
here at CZ. My preference is the liver cleanse recommended by
Andreas Moritz , who has a forum here.
His book, THE AMAZING LIVER AND GALLBLADDER CLEANSE,
should be in your personal library.
Last, you probably need to add some probiotics to your
diet? Why? All that chicken and turkey you've been
eating is loaded with
Antibiotics ; the only thing that
kept those poor animals alive, in the hideous conditions they're raised in. When you eat the meat,
the
Antibiotics go into your intestinal tract, and
kill off ALL the bacteria, good as well as bad.
Your intestines may be devoid of the beneficial bacteria needed to digest food properly.
I use Jarrow-Dophilus + FOS, which I also buy from Tunies. 200 capsules cost around $15.00. Mountain Home Nutritionals also makes an excellent probiotic.
I hope you'll buy those books I suggested, and begin
educating yourself about real nutrition. If you do,
chances are very good that you'll lead a long, healthy,
and satisfying life.
Blessings,
Owen
