Yes, See a doctor immediately. My sister was bitten in the abdoment by a brown recluse. She didn't know it because the bite was painless, so she left for vacation. While walking down the beach her leg went numb. She went to the hospital who treated the surface infection and let her go home the same day with some oral Antibiotics . WHAT NO ONE KNEW was that there was a SECONDARY INFECTION UNDERNEATH THE FIRST ONE!!!!! A couple days later she collapsed. The second time she was hospitalized it was VERY serious. She was in isolation. She had blood poisoning. She was on IV Antibiotics . The wound was a cavernous hole the size of tennis ball. The family was called. It was touch and go for days. It was scary. Finally she turned the corner for the good. What a relief. There is no substitute for proper medical care. This is something good doctors do know how to treat. Tweet
