congested nasal passages

Hi,

About a month ago, I had some sort of flu, and now I can't seem to get rid of that congested feeling way up in my nose! It is very annoying! I have tried some of those over the counter decongestants, which I really don't want to do, but they only take away the "symptom" for a while, and never really "unclog" my nose!

It seems to feel as though there's something stuck up there...way up! Someone on another forum told me to use collidal silver and somehow flush out my nose! I dont think so!.....if there is anything a little less harsh, which I'm sure there is, please let me know.....this feeling is drivng me nuts!!!!
