question regarding male problems

I have two questions for you guys/doctors out there.

1) I get these aches and pains in my groin area that start sometimes in my genitals but not always and they go up in my lower abdomen. I would get them randomly but here the last couple of times they have lasted up to two days. It's not severe pain but is very uncomfortable for the most part. I didn't know if a nerve was being pinched by the psoas, sartorius, or if my "friends" got twisted or turned. Any help!

2) I have in the last couple of years abused drugs (cocaine, pot, LSD) but have cut it down to pot. I am now a LMBT and have turned to a healthy lifestyle. My nerves seem to be out of whack. If I get suprised or put on the spot, my fight or flight(sympathetic N.S.) over reacts. I get a full body rush from nothing. I shake, almost get nauseus, and have to stop what I am doing to regroup. This has contributed to premature ejaculation(which I have always had but maybe worse?) which in turn causes emotional imbalance and relationship problems. It has turned into a chain of events that I think my nerves are the root of. Should I try to balance out the GABA,noradrenaline, acetylcholine, neruotransmitters...? Any herbs or diets or technigues to help my situation(s)?

Can anyone help me with ANY answers to any of the above? Thanks for the time!
