breast lump

I found a very large lump n my left breast last week, which the preliminary test, mamogram and sonogram, indicate is a benign cyst but a followup will be happening with a breast specialist just to make sure. I did a two day master cleanse over the weekend and I am almost positive the cyst got smaller. has any one had this experience?? also I have given up coffee since this happened. I would like any insight or advice about what causes these cysts and how I can get rid of this one without surgery or aspiration, but more importantly prevent more from happening.
