eczema/impetigo in baby

I posted in the eczema forum, but so far have no responses.

does anyone here have experience with either healing themselves or someone else of infected allergic eczema? If so, how did the healing proceed? Was it up and down as the body cleansed itself, or did it just heal?

My 6 mo old baby has been battling impetigo and eczema for about 6 weeks now. We've tried diet changes, Bentonite clay, homeopathy, goldenseal powder (topical), mangosteen juice (topical and internal), we've stopped cooking with the gas range, and ten days ago he went to a homeopath and recieved constitutional treatment (Cal Carb 200c). He will seem like he's healing, and then all of a sudden he'll have a horrendous setback. What is going on? Can anybody help? I would love to hear if anyone else has been through this. Tweet
