Looking for practitioners in Ireland who know about Clarkia, P&B cleanses, liver flushes, etc

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone knows of any alternative health practictioners in Ireland who know of and practice the Clarkia program, bowel flushes, etc. Also, does anyone know where I can get my mercury fillings replaced in ireland too? This website is great, but it's a bit tailored towards the american audience, so a lot of the online shops are useless to me.
