I have been reading, and i found that a zinc deficiency may be the cause of acne. Is there anybody out there who has helped their Acne with zinc supplementation. I am 19 year olds, and ive had Acne since i was in 9th grade. Im trying desperately to relieve myself of this horrible disease. I live my life in regret knowing that I can not live my life to the fullest. I feel that I am destined for greatness, but the forces of evil are working hard to sabotage me and my greatness. (Cool way to look at it.) I have done one liver flush, and cleansed my bowels and I must admit my Acne is getting better. My skin is not as oily, and i dont break out nearly as much as i was, as soon as i turned 19. Im still young, but already at my age i feel life is too short...too short for my skin to hold me back. Ill be damned if by the age of 25 I am not something great, due to acne. I dont want to die, go to heaven, and regret my life because of acne. Im doing what I can, and I only get about 50$ a week.
