..on what form the Grapefruit-Seed-Extract is in and its citricidal level(active ingredient). There will be different instructions given for different forms and brands. They are not all equal and some are very concentrated. When in doubt contact the manufacturer of the product.

The manufacturing process converts grapefruit bioflavonoid (polyphenolics); into an extremely potent compound that has been proven highly effective in numerous applications. CITRICIDAL is used by healthcare professionals worldwide as nutritional support for individuals with certain health concerns.

Directions: Adults mix 1-5 drops of Nutribiotic GSE Liquid Concentrate in a glass of water or juice, 1-3 times daily.
