Hydrogen peroxide in sinuses?

I've been doing sinus irrigation with small amounts of hydrogen peroxide mixed with the "SinusRinse" solution and I have heard conflicting information on whether or not it's healthy. Although it seems to be helping my sinus problems I don't know if in the long term it may kill off any healthy organisms in my sinus cavity.
