intrahepatic stones and tonsils

Occasionally, i will notice cream/yellowish colored stones (crushable with an awful smell) coming out of the far back of my mouth (tonsils?), othertimes, i will discover the stones loose in my mouth. my question is, are these intraheptic stones? what do they signify? what are the treatment options recommended?
