From my flushes...

Olive oil produced great results, but I can't tolerate the taste anymore.

Flax seed oil didn't produce much, but I can tolerate the taste fairly well.

Safflower oil worked very well, and is the best tolerated oil I have used so far. Practically no taste/aftertaste or smell, clear, easy to get.

(of these 3 safflower wins imo)
