Irisitis is inflamation of the iris the cause of which is not known- so I was told by a doctor to-day. It is very painful affecting the side of the face and ear with headache. He said it can be weeks /months before it responds to steroid eye-drops. This as you can imagine made me anything but happy!

I am quite new to alternative treatments but did know to take natural yoghurt daily.

I had a synovial cyst on my sciatic nerve which was not only painful but a near cause of paraplegia.
