EXTREMELY URGENT: Infected Abcess, leaving very soon

My pet rabbit has a serious infected abcess in her left inner ear. She is very old, and her health is in a very poor state. The nature of the abcess means it would require more than one major surgery to repair, and she may not even survive the first.

Please, please, if there is anything I could possibly do that would seriously help her and not just prolong her suffering. She has been very close to me and my family and I will most likely have to make the terrible decision to euthanize her tomorrow if there isn't something I could possibly do.

I'm very scared, please, if anyone has any words of advice or support or anything at all, help me.
