I have a pretty great one too, 2.5 years of bowel cleansing! Amazing, wonderful journey. colonics and The Master Cleanse have been my mainstays. I have also learned to give myself a good enema, a great tool for serious cleansers.

No, the P&B does not cause toxicity, but rather works to remove it through your colon. You are having a toxic reaction to this process! Help your colon, and your liver, by flushing the P&B thoroughly OUT with either enema, colonic (worth seeking out), lax tea/salt water flush combination. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water each and every day. SO IMPORTANT for the P&B! Toxic crisis results when the toxins cannot get out quickly enough! A great source of info, the Incurables Forum--people whose doctors send them home to die! (pretty toxic folks) CAN STILL cleanse and heal, with diligent effort!
