Hi - I don't have a problem with it but can't comment whether it would be better.
FYI, since I started taking my preventative echinacea faster - I haven't had a respiratory illness in almost 2 years. Instead of taking 2 ounces of Ech over 1 week each first of the month - we now take the 2 ounces over the first 2 days of each month. Bam - no more colds, flus, etc.
If one truly needs to stop a cough (I don't let a cough cause sleep to be lost) - licorice, ginger, and a few drops of lobelia extract are excellent.
