This is why I'm waiting until all my Hg is gone before using Cilantro. Chlorella is excellent for transporting out any Hg deposited in the gut. Other than that, I'm taking a lot of sulfur (MSM, garlic), NAC, ALA, VitC, Beta Car, VitE, Methathionine, Selenium, and drinking lots of water. Eating lots of protein as well. I'm also doing PB shakes and having 2-3 BM per day (very important during detox). I have a few other things in my protocol as well. Never had a problem with fish.
