I make our Superfood drink for the whole family the first thing each morning. I follow Dr. Schulze 's instructions and use two tablespoons of Superfood in 8 oz. of water and 8 oz. of apple juice. I also add 8 oz. of liquid organic Stoneyfield yogurt for taste. This makes enough for two 16 oz. glasses and one 8 oz. sippy cup for our son.
Are the two tablespoons of Superfood meant as the dosage for ONE person? Given this makes enough for three people, are we each getting 1/3rd the dosage?
This concoction tastes delicious. I read about so many people saying how horrible the taste is. I don't want to shortchange our health and wanted advice on if we should "up" the dosage. I just don't want it to adversely affect our two year old. He loves this drink and has been so healthy because of it.
