Peanut butter is a no-no for anyone contemplating a healthy diet. If it is your *only* source of fats your are heading for trouble big-time. Peanut butter contains large amounts of carcinogenic aflatoxins (poisons from moulds and fungi).
These are the fats you should be consuming regularly:
Flax oil,
Olive oil,
Organic Butter from grass-fed cattle (e.g. "anchor butter"),
Coconut oil.
