Re: Enlarged Fatty Liver

What remedies are there for Enlarged fatty liver? My son, 33 yrs. old, was recently diagnosed with enlarged fatty liver. The dctor told him that he needed to lose weight and eat a healthy diet, but no specifics. Should he do a liver cleanse? or any other cleanses in conjunction to a liver cleanse.

Does an enlarged fatty liver lead to other physical complications?
Also, my son exercises daily at the gym, weightlifting, etc. Does this contribute to enlarged liver?
