Hi Wellness yoga,

I'm no expert, but I've done the coffee enema a couple of times and it really made my heart race, although I had read that it wasn't supposed to. Like you, I can't handle caffeine. I use enemas quite often, but, to be honest wasn't all that impressed with the coffee enema.
