yeah,the first time i did it i woke up in the middle of the night freezing and nausious, then got up sweating later. i looked at myself in the mirror and was white as a ghost. i was still nausious in the morning and couldn't handle the es. after i went to the bathroom a couple of times the sick feeling went away and i finished the es. it hasn't happened since.
