Re: Health retreat or spa recommendation for juice/colon cleanse

I was wondering if anyone on here could tell me why when I have a bm it sometimes burns and itches for hours afterwards? I have seen no blood. My stool is always what I call mushy when this happens. I am taking Natural Calm and some liver rejuvenator but I had this problem prior to taking these things. What causes it??
