Re: Sugarfree Drink mixes

Hi Michelle -
Not sure what you mean by "drink mixes" - but doesn't sound like something that would be your best choice for a beverage.

Water, herbal tea, and my two latest additions: coconut juice and kombucha are all at the top of my list when it comes to beverages.

You can get different flavored kombucha drinks in bottles in the refrigerated section of most health food stores now - it's really great! Check the labels - contains over 3 billion lactobacillus! - So good for you no matter what you have going on. REally good for the gut, the liver/gb, blood sugar, candida, immune system and more.

Heres the thing - if you have never had it before you will probably about fall over when you taste it. It could also send you into a detox (headache, diarrhea, etc.) So the key is to pour just a little bit in water to start. Then work up to drinking a few sips every day a couple times a day and if you do this consistently -- speaking from personal experience - you will soon grow to actually love the taste.

YOu can get coconut juice in cans these days as well. Right next to the kombucha drinks in most cases. Another great super food for all of the above as well.

Give them try - great stuff!

Kelly
