Hi Kelly--thank you so much for writing "If Its Not Food, Don't Eat It". I have come so far. I am really at a point where I eat a clean, detoxifying diet except for my 1 cup of organic coffee before my workouts about 3 or 4 times/week. Am I still detoxing? I sure hope so because I'm doing most everything else right. It just seems like such a shame if that one "unhealthy" habit is throwing all my other detox efforts off. Please help me to feel better about it all...
