Generally speaking if I had to rate these three sweeteners, I would put Stevia first as it has little to no affect on the blood sugar and is actually known to help balance blood sugar, improve digestion (go easy on it to start, as it can cause an initial detox reaction in the form of loose stools!) and host of other benefits.
I would place Agave second, as it has a lower glycemic index than honey. And put honey third, as it has the highest glycemic index.
