Of course I agree with the general recommendations for a candida diet, i.e. no sugar or sweets, fruit, alcohol, etc.But diet is not going to do it alone.
The key to candida is cleansing and getting your internal environment alkalized. This can take a concerted amount of effort and time. But without doing adequate cleansing and turning the pH of the body around, although they are both an important part of the equation -- you can take anti-candida supplements and be on a candida diet from here until the cows come home, but you will never get it under control.
Yes, I do believe that candida overgrowth is "curable" - in fact, I don't believe there is any condition in the body that can't be healed, given all the "right" elements for any particular individual.
