I have done the MC for 2 days every other week, sometimes one day. I was muscle tested last summer that a regular juice fast was too much sugar. This makes no sense to me. Isnt fruit sugar just as balanced as maple syrup?
Also, I stopped all sugar and wheat jan 1st. Im not craving sugar at all. But I do crave those spelt tortilla shells. Where do they rank as far as turning into sugar? I eat mostly vegetarian diet, so I eat alot of rice and beans, and goat cheese- I dont know what else to eat to get all my calories in. Are the spelt shells about the same as rice or Bobs whole grain cereals?
