kelly can you help me to treat nail fungus please

have tried just about any natural remedy and filing of the nails very close to the flesh, yet the 20 year-old fungus on finger and toe nails still persists. i'm tried of it. i have a sugar free diet and my system is alkaline. can you please help me?
one thing i haven't tried yet is the ultraviolet (UVC) but don't know if it may cause damage to the surounding tissue. i thought of making a lens to focalize the sun lite onto my nails but then the glass may absorp or deflect the sun's UV. any insights on this would be appreciated.

another problem tht maybe related to this:

i'm mostly vegetarian, lots of fiber, little dairy(yogurt). yet i wake up in the middle of the nite and have this aweful acidic taste in my mouth (the same kind of taste as after eating sugar). cant figure out what is causing it. i tried rinsing my mouth with baking soda before going to bed but didn't help.
