How bad really is refined (table) salt?

How bad really is refined (table) salt?

I am unable to eliminate it completely from my diet cause I often eat food made by other people, and I am 100% sure they use refined salt.

Every bread you buy, every food that has some salt in it including nuts, it is always refined salt. It is impossible to avoid it.
