Re: Blood Type Diet

Hi Felini -
That's a good question that I get asked often.

Generally speaking I think there is some validity to it. However, from my experience I have seen people do the blood type diet and get amazing results, while others have done it and had insignificant results.

So, then I always wonder to what degree did they do it, what other factors are going on in the body that may have prevented it from "working" - a need for internal cleansing for example, etc.

I also think that he misses the boat when it comes to the common food allergens. For example, I am sensitive to soy and my system can only tolerate it in small amounts on a rotational basis. Yet, according to the blood type diet it is supposed to be a highly beneficial food for me.

Bottomline, I think if you are going to do the blood type diet or any other diet for that matter, it is really important that you are also aware of and follow what I have dubbed the Eating-for-Health Guidelines as well.

For brief overview, see article If It's Not Food, Don't Eat It! on my website:

Hope that helps. Happy New Year! - Kelly
