Lately I have seen tons of sales pitches for angstrom size minerals.
Andreas Moritz recommends Eniva minerals.
Others recommend Wateroz. (interesting Wateroz manufactures Eniva's product)
Some recommend ewater.
There are other figures such as True Ott of mother Earth minerals and David Wolfe of Nature's First Law and Gabriel Cousens of the Tree of Life Rejeuvenation center that all pitch a different version of angstrom size minerals.
What I don't see is a single scientific study. Minerals are important to health. I can convinced that minerals are one of the most important building blocks and are crucial to enzyme function, metabolism, pH balance, and biological terrain buidling.
However, what is better colloidal or angstrom size minerals?
I personally do not have the answer for this question. However, I am actively do a research review on all available articles. I am also studying up on my advanced biochemistry as I am studying to be a physician.
Anyway, if anyone has any thoughts I would welcome them here.
