Something to try

I'm not sure if what I have classifies as OCD, but I will mention it anyway. I have mercury and lead toxicity, and big yeast problems. I became seriously ill when a doctor gave me a chelating agent (Alpha Lipoic Acid) when I still had my fillings in. It pulled the metal from my fillings through my body. One of the lessor symptoms I got was an obsession with music. I would think of a song, and would not be able to get it out of my head, unless I replaced it with something else. It didn't even have to be a song, it could be a commercial or TV theme song, alot of them are very obnoxious. I know it sounds funny, but in reality it is very annoying.

Over time, I noticed that when I eliminate sugar, and treat for yeast, this symptom is very much improved. I take a probiotic, acidophilus from Enzymatic Therapy, and oil of oregano. Enemas also help when symptoms are bad. For some reason, there is a relationship between heavy metals and yeast. I believe the yeast secretes neurological toxins, both when it is growing, and when it is being killed. So you want to go slowly and use enemas when symptoms are bad. I do both water and coffee. I also get numbness and tingling, and circulatory problems.

I would avoid the soy milk, soy is not good for the thyroid gland. The other things you are doing are very good. Another suggestion is to avoid gluten (bread and pasta). Avoid anything from the sea, including fish oil and seaweed, unless you are sure it is mercury free.
