Absolutely. The key is to being as specific as possible. Go back to the first instance you remember having the OCD. What caused it? What is the fear behind it? OCDs usually have fear/anxiety attached to them from a traumatic event that started it. If you can narrow it down as to what started it and what the fear/anxiety is about I'll give you the setup phrases. You can certainly makeup your own phrases but they have to hit the nail on the head as far as your nervous sytem is concerned.
