Hello,
I forgot to mention in the previous post that some people cannot absorb B12 by taking pills or tablets. Something called intrinsic factor where it can't be absorbed through the stomach. However, the sublingual drops under the tongue are absorbed quickly and effectively. Thought this might be helpful. Vickie
