Want to deal with pain more effectively and safely?

i used zma for about a year for sleep, working out etc.worked great, then i lost my right kidney to cancer. there is a fear with it that if you have any cancer in your body, that it will make it grow faster. ther are other things in zma. i dont take it any longer.
