Re: which clay to use?

Personally, I believe in combining Liver Flushes with the extensive use of clay like clay baths, clay facials, internaly use of clay. Acne are the results of internal toxins, whatever they may be (because every body is exposed to different kinds of toxins from the environment, the food etc. so we do not really know what they are or how much they are inside the body, nor do we care. What is important is to attack these toxins on all fronts, give the toxins all the artillery we got and that is why I mentioned the approaches earlier. If you do all these approaches PLUS a sensible organic and healthy diet, exercise regularly to move the lymph and the circulation, take food supplements that are really good, I can almost guarantee you a long life without any health problems including acne. But it takes time, take discipline and self control which is why many people (including me) are struggling with health problems. But since doing what I mentioned earlier, I think I have seen many great things happening to my health altogether. Tweet
