I am new to clay. I have done numerous Liver Flushes and use Colonix regularly. It has really worked well for me getting all the plague and mucous out of my gut.

I still have Acne problems and wanted to add some clay to my cleansing regimine.
Which is best? Bentonite to really get the bacteria and heavy metals out of my gut???

My ultimate goal is ridding the acne.
