What are the low glycemic fruits?

My mother's best friend's daughter recently passed away from pancreatic cancer...don't believe she tried any alternative treatments...lots of doctors in their circle unfortunately. What are the low glycemic fruits? Could you also tell me what symptoms prompted your your sister to get a diagnosis which determined pancreatic cancer?
