Heard an expert on NPR

Listened to a virology scientist who analyzes this whole bird thing on NPR the other day. He didn't sound worried, also explained how your chances of getting hit by lightning were much greater than catching the bird flu. He didn't think it was too likely to become contagious from human to human. He did a good job of downplaying the whole bird flu thing. He said it was a situation that needed to be watched, naturally, but not something people should worry about. Glad to hear a calm voice instead of all these hyped-up media blitzes on the subject.
