Don't be ridiculous. Kevin is well within his rights to file in Illinois since that is the location of the business that is legimately entitled to use those domains. His other option would have been to file a WIPO UDRP, but there is plenty of legal grounds for a "regular" lawsuit.

If you were famous and someone registered YOUR name... wouldn't you want it back?
