Religious or Medical Exemption

Religious, Medical Exemption, or Phiosophical Reasons are allowed in every state as far as I know. You will still have to get a proper exemption form for the state you live in. In my state it has to be notarized. A google search with your state's name + vaccination + religious exemption should do the trick. Your exemption could be that you believe in the ten commandments. Thou shalt not kill is certainly one that I believe in. Thousands of children die every year from vaccinations. There is plenty of proof if you need to get your courage up to face the administrators. Arm yourself with education.

Do the research and be prepared with your notarized form.
