My fillings are out!

I have been using the forums to educate myself for a while now because I have not fel "well" of "myself" for a while and have been struggling to figure out what's going on. I still do not know exactly what my diagnosis is.

Since the Dr's could not figure out what was going on with me I found info on mercury toxicity and my symptoms matched. Brain fog, fatigue daily, depression, mood swings, could not think of words that were common, achey, tinnitus, insomnia, short term memory problems (just some of the symptoms). I have been a very happy, positive and active person most of my life and this slow progression into this illness was greatly impacting my life (I thought I was really being a hypochrondriac) but the fact was that I was not well.

I did not go to the trouble of doing the tests (I had already been to so many Dr's)and also because I decided I did not want the metal in my mouth...whether it was making me sick or not.

I have my fillings removed 8 days ago. I had a total of 9 fillings and a few of the teeth were decaying around the fillings. I have had them since I was a girl (I am 35).

I am doing a basic detox chelation protocal, I am not sure if it is the correct one (there are so many our there on the web) but i hope that it is working.
Chlorella, Cilantro, MSM, NAC, ALA, Glutathoine, Vit C, Vit E, Garlic, Selenium, and milti vit.

I don't know if it is the suppliments (I was not taking anything prior to the removal) or just a mind body thing but I feel much better with over 70% of the symptoms gone! Can you believe? I can't. I hope that this improvment is a lasting one.

How long should I do the detox? Any advice from anyone? I do not have a health practitioner supervising my treatment, I am just reading the internet for my info.
