All you really need to make baby's food is a blender...lol
It is a bit of work though. You will want to stew your fruits with no added sugar. The sugars that are naturally occuring in fruit will be sufficient. Good fruits to start with are apples, banannas, blueberries etc. When introducing veggies do the same, steam them then puree them in the blender. Good veggies to start with are sweet potatoes, carrots, and peas.
