ok, so there is spinal fluid there, maybe after she did this to herself he did try to kill her, who knows, no one does, only she and Micheal know how that happened. But I am telling you she was aware or her surroundings and knew what was going on, if she didnt she could not respond the way she did being ain a so called vegetative state. vegetative state persons are just that, like a vegetable, they dont respond to things , anything at all. they just lay there unresponsive and non reactive to anything.
