There are so many Cell Phone calls these days, I wouldn't worry about your call being listened in on unless you're a terrorist ;) then you should be very afraid.

I think it was this last year, it's no longer legal to sell a Cell Phone without a tracking device in. These are used for 911 calls so they can locate you faster.
