Re: Just starting Anderson cleanse

I did his cleanse for a month. I honestly could not believe what came out of me. I never fasted and wasn't always stringent on the p and b shakes, but those herbs are absolutely the most powerful I have ever tried. I have tried different cleanses and never had results like that. Best of luck to you!
