excellent Invincible! I'm so happy you are having results already. All that happened is you dissolved a block. and on some level you got the lesson.

Also, I'm not sure why you can't balance your crown and third eye with the disk. I just lay down on my massage table or bed, and place the disk at my crown and then over my forehead. It stays there fine for the 5 minutes or so. Even during a sitting meditation, it's ok to hold the disk with one hand at those same positions.

Isn't it fun to "not know what it's up to"? it is working on SO many levels including karmic and DNA. No need to know, you'll realize down the road when a behavior or a reaction or a symptom has shifted.
