The newsletter has been a real joy for me to work on. I feel blessed to be able to contribute in this way. I thank all of the people who have contributed their stories and the recordings of their testimonials. My personal story:

I took my husband to see Douglas in July, 2004 because he was dying. He complexion was yellow, his legs were swollen and badly ulcerated, he was on oxygen because he only had 30% lung function, he didn't have enough strength to take care of himself at all (I had to bath, dress and help feed him). He had cronic lung infections, retained fluid and I believe his organs were starting to shut down. Prior to seeing Douglas, we had been working with a medical intuitive and energy healer. With her help we had tried numerous herbs, supplements, cleanses, cavitation surgery , intravenous chelation therapy, and so much more. My husband also was on prescription medications and although we knew that this was not a good idea, we didn't have much choice because they were keeping him alive.

We had a Deep Trance Meditation done by Douglas on that day and it was amazing. Douglas was able to identify the root causes of the problems that he had (for example his diaphram was twisted due to a car accident 12 years earlier). He suggested therapies such as chiro and osteopath, herbs, treatments (such as castor oil packs on the chest), aromatherapy, etc. He was able to scan the brain and circulation system and identify problem areas. He scanned the skeletal system and identified the vertabra and other bones that needed adjustments. For an hour, we asked questions and listened in awe to the information he was able to access.

We also asked questions about my health condition...I was just diagnosed with a prolapsed uterus.

We also had time to ask questions about family relationships and finances and he provided some wonderful insights.

My husband and I attended the Miracle Healing Events in September and received laying-of-the-hands with Douglas. At one of the first events, Douglas was able to move the sternum and rib cage of my husband's chest to correct the problem that existed from the car accident years before. He could actually hear a crack in the bones when this happened and he had immediate relief in his breathing. My husband has had a healing at every event and he is on his way to having his health restored. He has complete lung function, doesn't get lung infections anymore, is off of most of his medication (heart medication and inhalers). He is able to drive, walk around, take care of himself and is looking forward to getting out on the driving range and playing some golf this summer.

At another event, I had a laying-of-the-hands on my abdomin for my prolapsed uterus. During the healing, I felt a jolt and then my internal organs from the pelvic floor moved up instantly and continued to move up into my abdominal cavity as I lay on the floor. After that the symptoms that I was having with my prolapsed uterus went away. I haven't had a problem since and it's been over 6 months.

2 weeks ago, I discovered that I have cataracts in my eyes and my right eye is giving me double vision. I have had 2 healings on my eyes and am praying to God that he does his work on me and restores my vision.

Aside from the physical healings, my husband and I have received emotional, mental and spiritual healings. At the healing events, Douglas has taught us to meditate and has taught us so much about spirituality.

Just the other night, I was upstairs on my computer and my husband was in the living room meditating. When he had finished he called me down to talk. I walked into the room and lay on the sofa across from him. The lights were low and when I looked over, I saw his aura as clear as could be. It was the first time that I have ever seen an aura and I was so excited. I immediately wrote an email to Douglas in my joy to thank him for teaching me and giving me the opportunity to experience something so wonderful.
